The grapes are from the old vines (32 years old) up in the Santa Lucia Highlands. What a well balanced wine. Partial neutral oak with partial malolactic fermentation. This will pair well with crab, salmon, chicken, halibut, sand dabs, cheeses and fruits, or pretty much all seafood. Very refreshing!
