Crisp style of wine but the dry farming and age of the vines brings forth the terroir. No oak, 0% malolactic fermentation gives the taster the flavors of fresh raspberry and plums. Very Balanced with nice lingering finish. Keeping the acidity up allows this wine to be paired with many different food dishes but also makes it an oustanding wine to sit and sip on a hot summer day. This wine is 100% vegan.
